[MOZART-DLL REQUIREMENTS] Website Announcement

Everybody:

True to my word, I hacked up a no-frills website for requirements
elicitation and development.

You can find it at:

Currently, it's just a skeleton, but it's up and eventually I can make it
snazzier, with perhaps some automated requrements/use case submission
scripts and stuff like that.

It will house any discussion points, use cases, requirements, design
diagrams, and other "artifacts" so to speak of our progress towards a
once-and-future "Mozart-DLL" to make Oz interoperability with external
applications seamless and complete.

Please do feel free to contribute via this list, especially until I can
automate the submission process, and make sure when you do use the list as
your medium of participation to put "[MOZART-DLL REQUIREMENTS]" in the
subject somewhere so I notice it. Or rather, so I especially notice it... ;)
