[ANN] ozmake 0.80

[Denys Duchier]

This release fixes a Gump bug introduced by the default use of the
"fast" way to invoke the compiler.  Now the scanner stuff created as a
side effect of Gump processing is really placed in the build directory
(no more "target still outdated" errors).  To install the new version
directly out the MOGUL archive, simply execute:

                   ozmake -Up mogul:/duchier/ozmake
