[ANN] New Mozart 1.2.4 for MacOS X

Thanks to Marc-Antoine Parent for repackaging and to Torsten Anders
for testing, we now have a MacOS X distro for Mozart 1.2.4 that has
been confirmed to install and work just fine.  Good going, guys!

These new packages are now available from our download site.
