[ANN] Mozart 1.2.4, updated Windows installer

Thanks to Leif Kornstaedt and Thorsten Brunklaus, a new Windows
installer for Mozart 1.2.4 is now available from our download site.
This update fixes the problem reported by Jacques Mequin: the standard
library (in particular QTk) is now correctly included in the
installer.
