Sorry for the late answer. There is really not much to do if you
only need an application-local Mozart installation to run the
application. Copying your installation tree should suffice.
Everything the Windows Mozart installer does in addition to
copying files is only important for making Mozart more fun
for the developer: Start menu entries, file extension
associations for .oz, .ozg and .oza and the like. Nothing
you need for your application.
