ViM Syntax and Indent Modes Available

Since the orignal author of the ViM syntax file is no longer maintaining
it, and no-one at all had done an indent file, I have taken it upon
myself to become the maintainer of ViM syntax and indent files.

These have not been submitted to the main ViM group, partly because I
don't care enough.  If people want me to care, I suppose I could be
talked into it.
