duchier-select.pkg + MacOS

Dear Denis,

just to let you know: unfortunately I was unable to install your Select 
module on my Mac (running MacOS 10.1, i.e. a bit outdated...). Attached is 
the output of my attempt to invoke

ozmake --install --verbose --nognu --package=duchier-select.pkg

There seem to be some standard UNIX tool missing or behaving differently on 
MacOS (e.g. there is no gcc, but cc and ld are installed).
