[FYI] fixed temporary interruption of mailing list traffic

You may (or may not :-) have noticed a short interruption in our
mailing list traffic (our forgetful list moderator went on vacation
without making appropriate arrangements :-).  I'd like to thank Marco
and Leif for responding quickly when I pulled the alarm.  The new
moderation setup should prevent a reoccurrence of the problem in the
future.  Unfortunately, some messages are currently awaiting approval
in the moderator's private mailbox and we cannot fix that until he
comes online again.  Traffic needing approval is as of now routed to a
shared mailbox instead of a private one.
