[ANN] update of Gentoo ebuilds

Since I have at least 1 (count'em: 1 :-) customer for my Gentoo
ebuilds, I am releasing a couple of improvements

* corrected package dependencies after Gentoo's package renamings
* ozmake now also gets installed by the mozart ebuild
* ~/.oz/bin is now also automatically added to PATH (/etc/profile.env)
* more specific dependencies to ensure timely updates
