Mozart and Midi

Hi Manuel,

It seems Martin Henz et al. implemented MIDI output, there article
(http://www.mozart-oz.org/papers/abstracts/COMPOzE96.html) mentions it.
Is Martin, Stefan, or Detlev reading this list ;)

However, if this code is not available anymore, we may do something
together. I do need that too.
