Help for calling C++ from mozart and Vice Versa.

Please forgive me if you have multiple copy. I have sent the message below
but there must be some problem, because I could not get any response.

hi,
I am trying to use some program parts I have written in C++ from Oz and Oz
programs from C++. I checked out the manual and I wrote the example program
in Microsoft Visual C++ . After the compilation trial, I have got a message
written below.

As far as I understood, it is because of cygwin. But cygwin.dll is in the
same directory.

Please help,
