[ANN] Release of ozmake 0.85 (ozl autodepend)

This fixes another bug reported by Ralph: in order for the
'autodepend' feature to work as expected, the build rule for ozl must
consider all recursive dependencies (duh! :-).  Get the new 0.85
version, freshly pressed, from your favorite MOGUL archive.
