[ANN] the Mozart devs need you (call for volunteers)

Dear all,

As the release of 1.3.1 approaches with terminal velocity, we'd like
to remind you (hint, hint) that we can use all the help we can get in
order to maintain and deliver Mozart on all the platforms dear to our
many hearts.

We are especially short-handed with Windows.  Currently, we do not
seem to have any active Windows-using devs anymore.  We can still wing
it, but the situation is less than ideal.  It worries us greatly.  It
should worry you too; enough that you would want to help :-)

This is why we are calling for additional partners in crime.  It
doesn't take much more than "motive" and "opportunity" to become a
likely suspect in that story :-)

At the moment, we especially need more people able and willing to take
care of packaging Mozart releases for Windows.  Of course, we will
help you learn the ropes, but that is fairly straightforward.

More generally, we'd like to call for volunteers to help with Mozart
maintenance and the packaging of releases.  How do you get on-board?
Very simple: just start helping out :-)
