Apparently you don't know the kind of research we're doing. Believe it
or not, we are far in advance in distributed programming, for instance.
For more than 10 years Oz was over the top concerning concurrent
programming, and it still is! We are competitive with many tools and
libraries regards to constraint programming.
But the main point is: NOBODY CURRENTLY GETS FUNDING TO DEVELOP MOZART.
Mozart's current development is only a side-effect of our research
results. We use Mozart to test and validate them. Nobody is paid to
develop Mozart, nobody gets paid for improving the documentation.
Nobody is paid to reply kindly to users when they ask questions on the
users list. Take a rest for a few days, then re-read the messages
you've sent and our replies. Ask yourself this question: who has been
insulting who?
Cheers,
raph
