At least I woke the beezzz up =D

That remains to be seen since I am kinda skeptical :P =D

What algorithm would that be, since google doesn't turn up much =D

VHL ?

Oz source code is pretty useless for me since I can barely read it let alone
understand it.

The documentation will probably be to hard to understand also since I
(probably) do not quite grasp/understand
the concepts that are behind it ;)

However I might be interested to pay you a small ammount if you can write
something that

1. Actually works.
2. Actually works better than any solution I can come up with... like trying
random stuff :D
3. I can interface with it say via delphi, or any other means

Like xml, unicode, text files, binary files, sockets, web services,
programming interface, library...

Not all of these... just one (or maybe two) will do so that I can interface
with it.

So you can see it as the engine, the brain. You write the engine / the
brain.

And I write a test programm with it and maybe more :P

If it's really good and stable and bug free and I can interface with it and
it works... and it proceduces good results and it can scale up to say
100.000 computers and 1000 or 10000 packets/pieces I would be willing to
send you 100 euros =D

Though I have some more general question about Oz

1. Can it create binary distributables ? <- probably not... it probably
needs something like an oz runtime just like java.

2. Can oz work with xml and/or unicode ?

3. Can oz work with webservices ?

4. Can oz work with databases like mysql ?

Bye,
  Skybuck.
