Mozart back in Debian testing

Dear Debian Mozart/Oz Users,

Mozart is now back in Debian's testing archive (aka etch).  Mozart
still fails to build on m68k and s390, but these are (for now)
classified as non-release critical architectures.

The versions in testing and unstable are based on the latest Mozart
CVS codeline (and the version in stable is pretty up to date too).

If you use the Debian mozart packages consider installing the
popularity-contest package and make your installation count!
