1.3.2 on winXP - ozmake hangs when detecting gnu

Hi, all!

I've just filed a bug report but decided to send you a message anyway as this
might help someone with the same problem.

When moving to 1.3.2, whenever I tried to install a package including native
functors (such as Duchier's Select) ozmake hanged. Running it with --verbose, I
discovered that that happened while trying to autodetect whether the compiler is
GNU. Explictly using --(no)gnu is a workararound that works for me.

However, when I use

   ozmake --gnu --install --package=...

ozmake hangs anyway. It is necessary to extract, build and install the package
separately.

Cheers,

Jorge.
