Mozart development

I agree that it would be highly desirable to have a community place where
Mozart/Oz related projects could record a presence.  Now that there is a wiki
hosted at ucl for the project, it would make sense to take advantage of it (if
only to see if we like it).  To kick things off, I added the links suggested by
Torsten (plus one of my own) on the wiki's front page.

There's an issue of policy which the ucl guys will have to chime in on should it
ever start to matter ;-)
