software engineering tools for mozart/oz.

After i have a few of ideas I'll have to check with my instructor which one
to do.

I have an idea that has a test-suite(s) as a sub-project.
Here goes... (let me know if you know of something similar)
This is for managing open source projects.
The basic idea is for the project leader to use TDD (test driven
development) for
new needed project assignments. a contributor then can write the needed
module/routine/file to pass the TDD contract.
project leader might extend the contract if needed in which case an email
will be send to the contributor...
This is far from half cooked, there are a lot of things to consider here,
let me know if you have ideas pointers for this direction ...
