Error while reporting error

Hi All,

I've written a server, using the dp stuff available in Oz. It is
fairly stable, but occasionally a weird error occurs. The error
message is as follows:

*** Error while reporting error ***
original exception:
system(dp(conditions:[permFail] entity:_<dist:pxy> op:bind(unit)))

I think I do understand what it means, but what I don't know is how to
handle it, so that the exception does not crasch my server!
