Bug migration process finished (was: Re: Migrating bug reports: please help!)

Thanks to everybody for their help, all assigned tasks are done. The  
following categories in the old bug tracker were seemingly forgotten:

>   - debugging
>   - tools
>   - ozmake

I just finished migrating all bugs in these remaining categories. In  
other words: the bug migration process is over!
