Patch for Mozart on "Windows Vista"

Dear all,

We finally decided to applied the patch and recompile the whole thing on 
windows to create a new installer. Thanks to Wolfgang for finding the patch, 
and to Bob Calco for testing....

Can you please get the new installer hosted here:

http://www.mozart-oz.org/download/view.cgi?action=windows&version=1.3.2

and check if it works correctly on Vista?
